Re: [Dual Extruder v3] Filament Stops Feeding, Ruins Print, Can't get out Easily

The heatsink fan on the dual extruder is garbage. Replace it with this one from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072Q3CMRW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I did that and have had no failures or jamming since. You will also need longer bolts for the fan though. 2 M3x70mm an...

Re: Help Finding Taz Pro Stepper Motors

Have you tried emailing sales@lulzbot.com and asking to purchase. That’s what I have done when I needed a part not listed on site.

Re: E3D V6 heater/nozzle socks

I prefer the one with the cutout for the whole nozzle. Lulzbot previously sad they dont include it because they had them come off during wipe procedure. Ive never had one come off.

Re: Min temp error and other codes. Need help.

The heater wires going from rambo to the bed connector likely have a break in them. Its a common problem on the mini before they moved to igus cable chain. https://www.lulzbot.com/store/parts/bed ... ni-100-103

Re: Lulzbot Support is Horrible

For the dimensional accuracy change the steps per mm for x and y on the screen under advanced menu. Its currently set to 100.5 when it should be 100. Unless printing abs, them keep it at 100.5 Also support likely doesn’t have access to your purchase record. But if you were reasonable and let them kn...

Also try removing the bearings at the top of threaded rod. See if that helps.

Re: Aerostruder and primalloy

Is that dip when when the part cooling fan comes on? I put e3d silicone socks on all mine to fix this issue. Get the regular one that has the full cutout for nozzle, not the pro that just has a tiny dot for nozzle tip. Lulzbot will say they fall off during the wipe procedure but i have yet had one c...
