Re: Difficulty tightening washers after modular heat bed upgrade

Re: Help - Cant Print Taz 5 After Cura 3.6.13

If it was 420 then the issue is very likely that you selected taz with aerostruder as your printer. The aerostruder is 420steps. The all metal toolhead is about 2x that.

Re: Using loctite on heat block

I dont think it would help. When changing nozzle block is heated up, so loctite strength is weakened. Also needs a bit of torque for nozzle to loosen, would likely break the loctite bond and spin anyway.

Re: Dimensional Accuracy Biased Too Big XY

The issue is the mini 1 and taz6 and lower all use 100.5 steps/mm on x and y. It should be 100, the mini2 uses 100 now.

Re: [Dual Extruder v3] Filament Stops Feeding, Ruins Print, Can't get out Easily

The heatsink fan on the dual extruder is garbage. Replace it with this one from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072Q3CMRW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I did that and have had no failures or jamming since. You will also need longer bolts for the fan though. 2 M3x70mm an...

Have you tried emailing sales@lulzbot.com and asking to purchase. That’s what I have done when I needed a part not listed on site.
