Re: Severe Warping Printing Spare parts using Chroma Strand ABS

yep, use an ABS profile. Ideally, use the factory .gcode to the parts so you get factory equivalent strength in the parts. Here's the file for the large herringbone gear for printing with ABS on a TAZ 6. Just load the .gcode into Cura or onto the SD card and print. http://devel.lulzbot.com/TAZ/Olive...

Re: No one talking about Quiver and the switch to Titan Aero?

Yes, the Titan Aero indeed makes for a clean, light toolhead. Add in a surrounding filament cooling duct, and you have a winner.

Re: Convert a TAZ Dual Extruder v2 to a TAZ FlexyDually v2

To convert between a Flexydually V2 and Dualy V2: - Swap between the Flexystruder extruder body and Wade's extruder body- you'll also need the extruder idler and extruder idler latch. All three are for sale on our website www.itworks3d.com - Swap both nozzles between the Dual V2 .5mm and flexydually...

Re: MOARstruder issue

Turn the printer off, then back on Try turning the filament cooling fans on manually from the LCD: - Temperature - Fan speed - adjust to 128, then push the button to set. The value range is 0-256, so 128 = 50% If the fans don't come on: - Turn the printer off - Remove the toolhead - remove the two s...

Re: On Mounting things.

Is quick change really necessary? One COULD drill holes through the extruder mount and x carriage, then through bolt them. Not elegant, but likely effective. ;) Of course, a modified extruder mount and x carriage could be printed with holes for bolts and heat inserts, if you want to be fancy. Great,...

Re: Lulzbot Taz Tool Head Wire Harness Connector Part Numbers

Glad we could help! Piercet's point about the BOMs being your first stop is great- Thank you to LulzBot for sharing! We also know that it can be a bit tough to find the right BOM, then find something in the BOM, so we've tried to highlight the common parts on our website. Another tip to find related...

Re: Prusa i3 MK3, filament size

TAZ 5 to 1.75mm would be my suggestion. We have complete 1.75 toolheads https://itworks3d.com/product/lulzbot-t ... -toolhead/ and 1.75 hexagon hotends https://itworks3d.com/product/hexagon-1 ... t-end-kit/ if you want to DIY- Just print a 1.75mm extruder body to go with it.

Re: lulzbot green in Nylon and or Polycarbonate?

Are there any sources for lulzbot green (or a close match in color) in Nylon or Polycarbonate filament? Nylon can be dyed with standard fabric dye. PCTPE is available in LulzBot green, but it's flexibility isn't really suitable for making parts https://www.lulzbot.com/store/filament/pctpe Also any ...
