Re: Lulzbot Mini requires huge maintenance
Does Lulzbot have a service where you can pay to have the printer completely overhauled? I have a Mini and a Taz and I'm thinking I would pay for an overhaul versus trying to evaluate the condition of everything and refurbishing/replacing. [edit] for the record, both printers have been pretty relia...

Re: RAMBo fans running full blast after firmware update to 1.1.5.7
I wanted to follow up on this fan. We've recently updated to firmware 1.1.8.62, in Cura version 3.2.23: https://www.lulzbot.com/cura
Give that version a try and let us know if the fan issue continues.

Re: X-axis won’t stay level
Hello Dase,
Sorry about this issue with the Mini 2, let's see what we can do! If you can send an email to us at support@lulzbot.com there are a few things we would like to check on the machine, and we should get it working shortly.

Re: Leveling TAZ 5 with Cura LE 2.6.69
The home procedure is handled a little differently on the newer firmware used for the Aerostruder, this behavior is intentional. Moving to the home position before the Z home command is executed is supposed to prevent the printer from moving beyond the X/Y axis accidentally. It's a behavior in Marli...

Re: Frustrating control window interface
Thanks for the feed back on the tune function. I would like to know what version of the firmware you are currently using. The firmware version should look like "1.1.5.70" or similar, and will be displayed when the printer first turns on. It is also accessible if you go to the bottom of the main menu...

Re: TAZ modular bed... metal plate sags.
Nope... Binder clips haven't been removed. Apparently this is how the modular system is designed... While this does look to be normal there are a few things we would like to take a look at with this bed just to be sure. If you would like to send a message to support@lulzbot.com we can take a look a...

Re: Fidget spinner - what am I doing wrong?
I'm glad that the raft seemed to help. One last thing that could be causing this fusing is your Z offset being too low, which would cause the bottom layer of your print to be squished and then fuse the moving parts together. This can be done through the LCD menu by clicking the LCD knob in once to b...

Re: Aerostruder chewing up PLA... Anyone else?
One other thing I would check Wermy is the idler after a clog. If my Aerostruder clogs I find that the hobbed bolt has a lot of filament residue in it, so make sure to clean that out before the next print with compressed air or a dental pick. If you want to post the gcode you are trying to print we ...
