Did you make custom bed mounts to hold the larger 12x12 bed?

I actually did the Y mod as well, so that isn't the cause of the bed sagging. I put a straight edge over the top with the bed while it was heated and there was a small gap in the middle, and as it cooled the gap went away. One thing with this that I would like to see is a bracket between the 40x20 rails both in the front and the back to help keep them square with each other. I believe there should be enough room for them to not get in the way of anything, but in the back they would need to go over the motor mount. It ...

One thing I noticed after completing this mod is that in a way it works too well. I don't know if it's just me, but when my print bed is heated there is about a .2mm valley that forms right down the middle, and I think the regular smooth rods unintentionally compensated for that by sagging in the mi...

Great work on these mods! Did you finalize the number and length of the screws as well as the rail length? I'm printing the parts now and want to be able to put my order in for the hardware.

I would be willing to help. I print things mostly just for personal use, but do so on a fairly regular basis and know my way around 3d printers. Haven't done too much with product testing, but I could sure tell you what's not working and what would make it better to me.
