I haven't been able to work on this any further because I'm trying to save money for bigger things not 3D printer related. I'm still looking for inspiration for better part cooling but nothing I've seen has sparked an idea yet. I want to get this project moving so I'm starting to do a few commission...
I could see this being something several manufacturers/modders implement since tmc drivers can detect collision, no need to have Lulzbot's unique take. It's just a matter of time and effort vs gain. I have no doubt Lulzbot is using the nozzle just like they are with leveling so this could probably b...

There's a chance that I'll put in a Duet WiFi first but I'm not ...

Any chance you could do a bit of a write on the process for this? I'd love to upgrade the board but I'm not sure about mounting, wiring, or the firmware and haven't found a good resource to start figuring it out.
I wasn't referring to your link. I was referring to the OP, now deleted without any amin notes indicating that, that had 2 random spam links in an otherwise normal looking post
If you need a larger print volume don't get a Taz 6, it's not nearly worth the price and the bed leveling is frankly atrocious. Hopefully the next printer is better, I know they're capable of MUCH better, but Lulzbot charges a very hefty price for what you get, just look at the crazy high pricing fo...
I've updated the extruder mount to better fit the diiicooler. This should prevent the sag I've been getting and also adds a little more clearance from the build plate. The left side has holes for heatset inserts to leave room for people to add mods if they want. Capture.PNG I haven't been able to te...
