No expert here but it seems to me the extruders would have to be quite closely matched performance-wise .
It does sound like an interesting idea though.

What nozzle size did I use?

I have two print heads. A .35mm and a .5mm. I set the machine up with the .35mm a month or so ago and have been printing with that. No problem. Now I have switched back to .5mm. Can I tell looking in my G code files (or anywhere else for that matter) which nozzle size I used on which parts?? Another...

I have used a squirt of isopropyl alcohol around the base of a stuck piece. The capillary action helps initiate de-bonding.
Try it on a cool bed!

I wonder if something that big might need to be "annealed" at some intermediate temp. to remove internal strains.

on edit.........I printing Lulzbot ABS at 246/96. Maybe a little more heat to get the layers to stick better.

Turn off your fan?
Until my enclosure is finished, I'm "swaddling" my TAZ in foam wrap. That might be an interim solution for you......

Sisler is correct. A thermocouple generates a voltage proportional to temperature. A thermister changes its' resistance as temperature varies.
