Re: Service Bulletin: Thermistor Issue in Aerostruder and Dual Extruder v3 Tool Heads

Or. If my problem actually IS a thermistor issue. Can I get to the thermistor and fix this myself. What is the issue? Bad connections?

Re: Service Bulletin: Thermistor Issue in Aerostruder and Dual Extruder v3 Tool Heads

My aerostruder seems to have this exact problem. See the attached image. Would it be possible to solve this with the firmware mentioned here?

Re: Print with NinjaFlex without Flexystruder on a LulzBot Mini?

So, Cheetah does not print on a Mini, as I was hoping it would, with a normal extruder. Cheetah is pretty much Semi-Flex, except that is prints a little better/faster and it doesn't need a glue stick--so, it needs a Flexystruder. However, I made a tiny printable part that allows you to print Cheeta...

Re: Strange patterns when printing with spiralize

OK. Do you have a link to a good description of how I do an e-step calibration on a Lulzbot Mini? (Or are there any quick settings in Cura where I simply can do a test with a slightly more moderate extrusion?

Re: Strange patterns when printing with spiralize

When examining the last print (and the other ones as well) it seems like I have one last problem to solve: The first couple of layers. They are quite uneven on the outside. Any ideas why this is happening?

Re: Strange patterns when printing with spiralize

Thank you. I tried again with the "Shell thickness" set to 0.5, since that matches the nozzle size on my Mini. And that turned out much better. So I guess that keeping the thickness close to the nozzle size is a good idea for prints like these. The bottom inside of the bowl also turned out nicer wit...

Re: Strange patterns when printing with spiralize

I tried to print this one with the same settings: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:687931

And got similar stripes there as well.

Strange patterns when printing with spiralize

First of all: must admit that I am extremely satisfied with my LulzBot Mini. Rock solid and nearly all prints perfect from the first one and so on. But now I have a couple of questions regarding some prints I have done with the spiralize setting in Cura. I've tried to print a vase that I downloaded ...

Re: Print with NinjaFlex without Flexystruder on a LulzBot Mini?

Well. I just had to try... And yes: pretty difficult. The NinjaFlex was not able to push the remaining ABS in the extruder out before it stopped at the feed motor. I gave up pretty quickly before making a mess in the extruder. So if I want to use my two rolls of NinjaFlex I need to be willing to exp...
