Re: Why no Ninjaflex printing on Lulzbot Mini?

Once you start printing, you can use the dial on the taz by the LCD screen to speed things up (or slow down) in (near) realtime. I'd just start with a slower speed and slowly ramp up until is starts not printing as well, then ease it back a bit slower until it's perfect. It might take a few seconds ...

Re: Best Slicing Software

It's like Apple getting a patent for the shape of the iphone and ipad, which most devices use to one degree or another. It's just a rectangle with rounded corners. The people in the patent office need their collective heads examined.

Re: new gaps in layers

estep calibration: https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/extruder_calibration/calibration/ The other thing to check is your filament diameter. That's really the only thing that would change during a print as it's often not totally consistent through the roll. Take your calipers and take measurements at s...

Re: Taz 6 Retracting too much before leveling?

Re: Need advise: Measuring a car grill

Sounds dumb, but have you tried googling around for a cad file of the grill? I've found stuff for my car. There might also be mechanical drawings around.

Re: How to adjust Z-Axis offset in Cura?

It doesn't show up in cura for the T6. You can adjust it through the T6 control panel. Configuration->Advanced Settings->Z-Offset. After you set it, you can permanently store it by backing out of the menu and clicking on save.

Re: BETA: Cura LulzBot Edition v20 and Marlin v1.1.x for Mini

To build on what John said, raise the z-axis to about 250mm. Then measure from the top of the X axis rod to the top of the taz frame (the plastic pieces the z-axis rods are mounted to) on both the left and right sides near the z-axis screws. Adjust whichever z-axis screw needed to make the x-axis ro...
