Well the print file says Ninjaflex.
Thanks kmanley57 ! Do you mean the file name ? My print file name only says "bed_corner_taz6_v2". Can you tell me where you found Ninjaflex ? That way I won't have to bother you guys about the material of any other parts in the future :D

Re: TAZ 6 X belt rubs carriage

Thanks for the replies ! It does not look like it is the same problem as the mini but I did send an email to Lulzbot support. The tech rep responded already and said that it looks like from my pictures that the belt is rubbing but that is normal based on all the printers that he has seen. He also sa...

Hey guys, the X belt on my TAZ 6 rubs the carriage when the carriage is near the x=0 position. Does anyone else have this problem ? The teeth of the belt rubs the belt clamp of the carriage.

Re: Taz 6 - How do I change Global Coordinate System and G29 script ?

Hi Scott, Thank you for the very detailed reply ! I have no experience with 3d printer firmwares and have taken the last few days to do some research. I think I understand the process now and was wondering where I might be able to find the TAZ 6 preconfigured firmware package. Lulzbot's website only...

The lengthened rods and frame have already been installed but I don't know how to change the Y location after the end stop is hit durin...

Re: Help with "reverse elephants foot" problem

What infil percentage was that at, and can we see the STL file? Overextrusion can do that, but usually it will overextrude up, and the perimiters will be ok. Are you writing the perimiters last instead of first and filling in? piercet, thanks for your reply. It is at 100% infill. The perimeter is p...

Help with "reverse elephants foot" problem

Hi all, I have a Taz 6 and am currently printing a part with Colorfabb HT Clear which is an Amphora HT5300 polymer. The bottom of my parts are tapering inward and I was wondering if any of you may have an idea as to what is going on. Please see the picture below: http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w...

Re: Optimizing Filament Extrusion Multiplier, Print Speed, and Extrusion Temperature

Sebastian, I really appreciate your reply. Things are starting to come together. I guess the main problem is that there are so many degrees of freedom and you gave one example about the temperature vs layer bond strength vs look. I will do some more optimization but like you said, it will take a lot...
