Re: Time to upgrade?

While I can't say what you value yourself, I can go over all the differences between our current TAZ (TAZ Workhorse) and the KITTAZ. [*]Toolhead Your hotend is still the Budaschnozzle (so it's wooden) and can't print as high as our all-metal hotends. You are missing out on a lot of filament because ...

Re: Homing Failed, Please Reset

You can also change the sensitivity of the bump stop as well. To do this you will open a console window in Cura and then issue the command M914, this will give you the current sensitivity that the bumpstop is set to. Please take note of what it is before making any changes to it. Once you have taken...

Re: nozzle never touching washers

It sounds like your x-axis may be a bit unlevel and unable to reach that corner.
Follow this guide to get that fixed: https://ohai.lulzbot.com/project/leveli ... e-repairs/

It's for a TAZ6 but the process is the same.

Re: Is it possible to print wider than 280mm?

You can try printing without a skirt, as skirts tend to take up a bit of space. Usually not a problem, but can be if you want to max out the bed. You can also go into the machine settings in Cura and changes the printer settings, but we do not recommend that. It could cause some issues with the prin...

Re: PolyLite PLA stops extruding after 20-30 minutes on Lulzbot Mini

This sounds a bit like heat creep to me. Our PLA prints best around the 205C mark, and anything higher will start causing these issues. The spool will say different temperatures as they did not test it on our machines. I would stick with our default profiles, and that should help with extrusion. If ...

Re: Heating Failed! System Stopped... Printer Halted

Thank you for taking the time to work with our support team. As we eliminate variables (like environmental conditions) it helps us determine the root cause more quickly. You mentioned: "The temperature increase is not sporadic but rather a smooth curve with no sudden drops. It just seems that it is ...

Re: First washer auto level issue

We occasionally see that filament can be deposited onto the washer itself, and cause these connection issues. Sometimes they are so small you can't see it. You can scrub these washers with the same sponge as the nozzle, or try to rotate them so the clean side is now being used.
