Update: Printed Scaffold part with support structure using stock single nozzle with no difficulty. This reinforces my conclusion that heat creep is the problem, even with the upgraded heat break fans and shrouds. I am thinking of a re design of DuallyV2 head to allow bigger fans similar to stock sin...

Troubleshooting E3D Scaffold failures on Taz6

I couldn't get PVA to work so I thought I would try E3D's new water dissolvable filament but I am not having much luck with it either. It will start to print but after a few layers it will start to extrude less and less until it stops completely, this happened when printing a large continous support...

Thanks for the help! I thought my belts were tight but after increasing the tension in them and resetting to the original number of steps it is printing just like the other ones. I guess that is the difference between taught and tight. As tmorris9 said the rest is probably due to extrusion, I am run...

I have been running a couple of taz 6's with limited difficulties until I needed to put parts printed on different machines together and they were slightly off in the X and Y dimensions. Printed 30mm test cubes and one machine was printing 30.2 in X and 30.3 in Y. The other machine was 30.04 for bot...
