I'm not aware of a way to have Cura automatically do this when importing an stl.

The less simple way would be to adjust your X,Y, and Z steps/mm. The issue with this is that it can affect your auto-leveling if adjusted too much since the corner positions are more or less hard coded into the firmware.

If you've switched from a dual extruder V3 recently you may just need to remove the button extension.

I haven't tried this myself so I can't 100% verify but you should be able to do this by putting the gcode to set your K values in the Hot End 1 and Hot End 2 Start gcodes. You may want to first try manually cleaning off the nozzle. It's likely there is material on the nozzle and that's making the printer think the bed is lower than it actually is. The easiest way is going to be with Cura. Use the scale option and un-check Uniform Scaling. Then do some cross multiplying to find our desired X Y and Y percentages values. NinjaTek on their website recommends an extruder temperature: 225°C – 235°C for their filaments. Since you're having jams at 225-230 an adjustment of 5-10 degrees should be fine. The SL has profiles set up for NinjaFlex so that would be the easiest flexible material to start with on that tool-head

It sounds like you just need to adjust that a little bit more.

Is there still room to move the thumbscrew clockwise?
