Re: Flat Face Blues

Those first layers look really good IMO. The first ones should help keep things on the bed while still offering easy part removal when cool. The second pic, of the bearing holders look good as well, but remember that printed part adhesion will increase inline with the part size.

Re: How to get text of profile changes in 3.2

Not easily. We do have some of our R&D team tasked with fine tuning our slicing profiles, I'll put this thread on their radar so we can consider an easier way to note things. In the meantime, each commit will show a diff of what was added, changed, or removed.

Re: BobCAD

We're not that familiar with BobCAD/CAM unfortunately. We typically recommend using Blender, but that may have a steep learning curve. Were you able to tweak your files?

Re: Lulzbot & Marlin

There's a bit you'll want to look into before you go diving off into things. (1,2) Look at the comments in our typical start and end gcode, the comments at the end of each line will describe what that gcode line is supposed to accomplish: https://code.alephobjects.com/source/cura-lulzbot/browse/stab...

Re: Filament for sharp overhangs and bridging

You've picked a great time to come back. The materials market has changed, and is now using filament designed for 3D printing. Co-polyesters bring the strength of ABS with the stability of PLA. Nylon, like Alloy 910 are a dream to print. Polycarbonate blends now bring you the best of both worlds. Pi...

The links here have cache cleaning instructions for your operating system: https://www.lulzbot.com/cura You'll want to start with the existing slicing profiles included within Cura LE. If you have a custom slici...

Re: Order the Aerostruder

Since LulzBot 3D Printers are certified Open Source Hardware, modifications and upgrades are a lot more feasible. This part should fit nicely, it's similar to the one used in the LulzBot TAZ MOARstruder: https://www.lulzbot.com/store/parts/lul ... d-kit-12mm
