Re: Tweaking the bed size is ignored

We store the bed size/axis travel range in the firmware as well: http://download.lulzbot.com/TAZ/5.0_0.5noz/software/2016Q2/Marlin/Marlin_TAZ45_Uaru_1.0.0.1/Marlin/Configuration.h (note, this is for the TAZ 5 with 0.50 mm hot end nozzle) // Travel limits after homing #define X_MAX_POS 298 #define X_...

Re: Taz 3 Bearing Sliding out

You may need to tighten or reprint the bearing holder. Post some pictures hear of the bearing, the bearing holder, and let us know how tightly things are secured on that axis. That'll help us see what you're seeing, and it'll help us make sure we're dealing with the same model.

Re: Mini 1 having strange layer shifts

If your shifts are occurring mainly along the Y-axis, it's going to be related to the mount or the belt tension. Reach out to the support team for assistance at https://LulzBot.com/Support. If you don't mind, reprint your model, leave it on the bed, and take a picture of it, to help determine which ...

In t...

Re: Printer is extruding VERY SLOW

Is your printer still running this slowly after power cycling it and the computer? Are you printing from an SD card or USB stick? If your printer has the Graphical LCF Controller, look for the Feed Rate (FR) percentage on the home screen. This option is set to 100% by default and controls the overal...

Re: [Solved] Hot End not holding temp for certain filaments

If this solves it for you and you have time to share some details, make a ticket with information on the filament brand, your particular hardware setup, Cura LE version, print profile used, and the profile changes (print pics too if you can). That'll start a process for refining that print profile f...

Re: PLA won't extrude

Is your hot end cooling fan active and running when at temp? Try blowing it out gently with some canned/compressed air. Move next to the filament, if you have digital calipers, measure the filament diameter. It should read under 3.0 ideally, no more than 3.1 mm for that hot end. One thing to note, s...

Re: Hot End not holding temp for certain filaments

Your print cooling fan is running at 100% in that image. Load the same print and the same print profile, switch to custom, and in the cooling section, set the fan speed maximum to 66% and the min to ~20% if the min is above 50%. Try the print again and see how that change affects the target vs actua...
