Can Cure LE tell me how much plastic will be used?

Is there some place in Cura LE that tells how much plastic would be used when preparing a model for Gcode?
I would love to see a calculation that indicates "this model will use approximately 6.2 meters of filament or 0.12 kilograms."

Re: Is it possible to print wider than 280mm?

I was able to increase the width (x and y) from 280 to 285. That plus no skirt allowed me to get the print completed correctly.

Is it possible to print wider than 280mm?

I want to print an object that is 283 mm long.
Is there any way to "push" the printer to print a few millimeters wider or is it simply not possible?

Honeycomb infill pattern?

Is there a way to add other infill patterns to Cura LE? Specifically I'd like to have a honeycomb pattern added.

Re: Collapsing Katana Test Print Issues

Yep, it is a 0.5. I tried a different filament (Polymaker) since there is a profile in LE Cura that matches. The Inland I'm guessing at. The change in the PLA did improve things but I think you are right I will need to scale it 1.25 % larger to get the matching shells. Thanks!

Collapsing Katana Test Print Issues

I'm trying to print a test file that determines if I can print the larger item. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3639693 The author said: "There is a file named "test print". If this works, you shouldn't have a issue. If it fuses together, I would suggest adjusting your cost and wipe settings." I a...

Re: Print head REALLY clogged with PetG

A lot of hammer and chisel effort and I managed to get the plastic off. Two wires came loose during the process which I reattached. Major pain but currently printing a small object to see if it is going to function.

Print head REALLY clogged with PetG

I was trying to print a large black oreo but this time decided to use a glue stick since the print was really hard to remove last time. This time the print came loose overnight and began building around the nozzle to the point of a giant ball of hard plastic. I've tried cutting and chipping away at ...

Thanks. I'll order a new sheet and be sure to watch auto leveling from now on.
