Could you post up the gcode you are using for the z nutsprings? We aren't having much luck with printing one that will let the m6 in without a lot of cleaning. thanks :)

I would also double check your pulleys aren't moving, you want one of the set screws to be tightened all the way against the flat part of the shaft on the stepper motor for both x and y

If you are using an AO-100 try switching over to the x-end 2.0 clamps(in this directory: http://download.lulzbot.com/AO-101/parts/) to fix the problem, another thing to check is to make sure there isn't any nut slop in the z-axis. There's a brass nut in the clamp that needs to be able to move around...

A coworker and I have been mulling over designing the parts to convert the AO-100/1 to a Taz style chassis to allow for taller prints, good to know others are interested in the idea :D

We actually switched over to the x-end 2.0 clamps to alleviate this exact problem, another thing to check is to make sure there isn't any nut slop in the z-axis.
