LulzBot Mini 2 Layer Shifting

I have been having a ton of trouble with my LulzBot Mini 2 layer shifting. I have thrown out around 2KG of failures at this point. LulzBot support told me to lower my M914 fr0m 4 per axis to 2 per axis. So I changed the homing sensitivity with M914 I tired M914 X2 Y2 and M914 X0 Y0 and no improvemen...

Re: Mini 2 questions

I wish I understood better how the x-axis is homing so I could troubleshoot it but I'm happy it has worked itself out. The Mini 2 uses Trinamic 2130 drivers on the Einsy Retro electronics board. I did find ...

Re: Mini2 x axis gets unlevel during print.

I personally never got a real response. I was just told to "Make sure my PEI was clean" (?!?) and that "It's a good idea to level the X-axis before every print" No real response as to the obvious defect of the design just kind of ignored the whole thing and talked past me. I did find that for me run...

Re: Mini2 x axis gets unlevel during print.

I've noticed that when I run the X axis level it has been pretty far out of level every single time. I have been having terrible layer shifts on every other print. After reading this I am kind of putting it together that perhaps it is just the nozzle dragging on the print after going out of level on...
