Re: new RAMBO stepper issues

thank you geneb for the reply! turns out this was this issue. i resolved it a long time ago but never got a chance to make sure my new steps were calibrated, which i am getting ready to do. i also went ahead and set the microsteps to 1/16th stepping on x,y,z,e. orias, im using my calipers like we ta...

Re: new RAMBO stepper issues

orias, actual travel is cut in half. i am using the stock firmware/config files from the current marlin download link in my first post. #ifndef CONFIGURATION_H #define CONFIGURATION_H // This configurtion file contains the basic settings. // Advanced settings can be found in Configuration_adv.h  // ...

Re: AO-101 60mm Print Height Increase

thank you all. Gemini64, i was thinking the same thing, why no one thought of it before, or if someone did but ran into issues? the process of converting all the parts over took some work. i pretty much did it in a frankenstein fashion by replacing the parts as i printed the next parts as i was maki...

AO-101 60mm Print Height Increase

this modification will increase the print height from 100mm to 160mm (3.9in to 6.29in). this was achieved with no additional hardware, just printing new parts. the ao-101 use 30 degree angled parts for the upper frame, i changed everything to 35 degrees to allow the carriage to travel higher. parts ...

kisslicer settings to just "stick"

i really like the resulting kisslicer gcode and how it will generate my part, but i can't figure out the settings to make the part stick. using the same stl in slic3r with .35 hot end ini, i always get great first layer adhearsion. using the same stl in kisslicer i can't seem to get it to work, i tr...
