I think the Buda has a 13MM nozzle unlike the 7MM Hexagon one.

If you have recently adjusted your X axis belt tension then you are causing binding on Z. If you have not then your Z driver on the Control board is probably not working well any more. If you do not have the all metal hotend with the resistor cartridge the newer firmware will fry the power resistor in the Budaschnozzle as it uses a higher PWM /power setting that the resistor can not conduct to the heat block fast enough and the resistor will over heat and burn up.

If you use a slower class SD it will give un-looked for results. I use a class 10 or better for several years now, and they do age/go bad for time/usage. And the micro adapters tend to be ..... intermittent.

Check out Z hop over printed parts in the travel section, but it will add a lot to the printing time. <- pass lines

The newer firmware only enables the pin during probing now, so you will see nothing unless you are probing the washers.
