I can't recall the settings in Slic3r off the top of my head, but some other slicers have a setting to print the perimeter from the inside to the outside rather than the outside to the inside. This tends to help with overhangs.

Thanks for the tips.
As far as the code files, most of the code modifications are in the planner and configuration files. There are a few new files for the vector math that were introduced as well. I'd have to go through my changes to see exactly what is different though.

@1013, I tried this out last night with stock X ends / etc and the Z correction was extremely exaggerated. Thinking I might need stiffer parts or that I messed up the code somewhere. Had to reprint the bearing holder on one of my other printers due to the lash still in my TAZ (guess it does need a bit of work still :P) After mounting the bearing holder I noticed that it is near impossible to access the belt screws with it installed. Two zip ties fixed that and gave me an easier ...
