Re: Question from a Prusa Owner

That said, I think OP is just trying to cleverly hide that they're just spreading spam based on the links in their post. There was originally a different author of this thread, for some reason their original question was nuked, and my reply to them ended up as the first post in the thread now, whic...

Re: Taz 1 - Need Help

ok, so the Taz 1 predates the adoption of Cura by Lulzbot, there are a couple things you can use to get it working. If I were you, I would use either the simple but low feature Prointerface, or Repetier host to control the printer, but if you have your heart set on cura, it will work as well. Find t...

Re: TAZ 6 with e3d v6 - plenty of issues

Re: Question from a Prusa Owner

The Taz and the Prusa can produce essentially identical prints when they are both dialed in correctly. the Rocktopus prints are ran at .35 or .4mm layer heights. You can easily install a smaller nozzle, the only restriction is not using a non electrically conductive nozzle (so no Olsen ruby, nozzle ...

Re: Pre assembled upgrades for sale?

I sell them, I am currently out of metal backplate and will need to get more cut, but I can produce all the other parts at the moment. Also I designed them, so there is that heh. My rates are not inexpensive, but if you are interested in San send you the price list.

Re: TAZ 5 "Z" scaling issue

The wiring diagrams are in Devel.lulzbot.com and download.lulzbot.com Ohai kit also has some. If you can't find suitable ones, you can use the Taz 6 cables as a loose guideline. They add a couple of wires for the auto sensing. You mention you have your printer in an enclosure. Is it a vented enclosu...

Check your wiring harness to see if one of your pins is loose.
