Re: Trouble Removing ABS Print

Gotta use a glue stick as a release agent for ABS. When stuck try spraying with a mixture of water and alcohol.

Re: Newbie needs help

Have you tried the bed leveling procedure found in this post? https://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=7904 I highly recommend it! It also looks like you may be over extruding. Check your e-steps. In fact, find the tests the help you calibrate your e-steps. If you send 100mm of filament throug...

Re: Taz 6, moving filament reel up top, use filament guide tube or no?

I found without the tube guide the filament will become a bit brittle if you don't print for a while ( a week or 2) and may snap in half within a few moves possibly leaving you with a terrible jam. Other than that, I agree I don't think it's really needed. Perhaps it also helps keep it a little bit ...

Re: Filament Flow Rate Control

Thank you for your response and theory however from what little research I've done I see quite the opposite is true and it should be set lower than the Flow parameter. The information bubble when you hover over the parameter says that this setting is used to compensate for filament " die swell ". A ...

Re: Any Interested in Manufacturing Parts?

I would be interested in something like this however, I don’t have an enclosure but live in a low humidity state. Also, what is meant by needing a thicker Pei?

Re: Dual Extruder V3 Tool Head & flexible

I can attest that this toolhead can print Ninjaflex filament without a problem.

Re: Power Switch Cover/Guard

This sounds like a pretty good design challenge! I tried to design it so you wouldn't need any external hardware of glue. It fits pretty snug around the power switch's frame but sideway forces may be a little too much for a tight fit design. A little dab of glue might do you good. Try it out and let...
