You should give the beefy extruder a try if your normal one has broken. http://download.lulzbot.com/Mini/1.04/p ... der_idler/
Thanks, I'll give that a try.

Re: Low infill on factory lulzbot mini printed parts

Well, yours wasn't apparently, but every other lulzbot part I have taken apart, and I have killed more factory extruder idlers than most people personally was much greater infill than that part. Well I learned my lesson. When I get this part fixed I'm going to print out 2 or 3 of each part at a hig...

Re: Broken extruder holder - why this orientation?

I'm having a couple of parts snap on mine. Honestly it just looks like they printed at a higher resolution and a low infill to print parts quickly and cheaply. My suggestion is when you get this fixed, print out a bunch of spare parts with a higher resolution and a higher infill. That will at least ...

I believe those are printed at 85%.
I'd be surprised if that was true. I wish they would have printed it closer to 100 to be honest. Seems like it's closer to 20%.

Low infill on factory lulzbot mini printed parts

I'm not sure if this is standard, but the infill seems very low on these parts. part.jpg The printed parts have been breaking a lot lately with normal usage. I just now got a good look at the inside of one of the parts. It just sheered right off on it's own. With the infill being so low in this part...

Re: 3 out of the 4 bed leveling probes work fine, 4th fails

When I first started using my lulzbot mini I used it on a spare laptop I had. When I moved I switched to a desktop. Off handedly I decided to try it on my laptop again. So far my prints have came out fine. Maybe the PC had slightly different settings? Who knows, 3d printing is still voodoo to me.

Re: 3 out of the 4 bed leveling probes work fine, 4th fails

I think it has something to do with calibration in general. I'm going to see if I can get it recalibrated at the place I bought the printer from. There was a part that split on it but I thought I fixed that.

Re: Y axis idler broken

This same part broke in mine. I don't know if it's affecting my prints but I just used a bit of super glue to seal the crack. Does this crack mess up prints?

3 out of the 4 bed leveling probes work fine, 4th fails

I recently had to move and took the printer with me. The move was fine, nothing was jostled or broken as far as I knew. When I went to print something I noticed that the nozzle hit the first 3 probes just fine, but on the fourth and last touch it jammed down on the probe pretty hard and pushed the p...

Ahhh awesome. Yes, this helps out a lot. I will play with the settings a bit to see how long it takes. I appreciate the clarification more than you know.
