No idea, I made myself an "x-ray" after having issues with my stock flexystruder 3-4 months ago and haven't seen any changes or updates since.

Re: Bridge Nylon lifting PEI sheet

I had the same problem, luckily I had another issue that I needed to send my printer in for service and they also swapped out my bed. My issue was several small parts fairly close together caused the PEI to pull up between them. This didn't happen until the bed cooled down post-printing, so next tim...

Re: Troubleshooting E3D Scaffold failures on Taz6

I think they are working on this themselves as well:

Re: Taz 6 Production Parts in PETG?

I didn't really want to go down the road of trying to print in ABS, but I've had spectacular luck making extruder parts from nGen, and haven't had any issues with its lack of shrinkage. In fact my fully self-printed nGen extruder with a .3 nozzle seems to print just as good if not better than my sto...

Re: Lightening TAZ 5 Bed

Now that I have a good grasp on Milling Aluminium with my manual mill and CNC Router, I'm considering removing some mass from the bed. I realize that reducing mass may lead to warping and bending under changing thermal loads but I don't think it will be an issue. Has anyone done this? I don't have ...

Re: TAZ 6, Slop?

Firmware 1.0.2.22 fixed my problem. The bed was in bang bang mode instead of PID so it had larger swings in temperature than it should. Really made a huge difference:

Re: TAZ 6, Slop?

Well this is the print after getting it back after paying 75 dollars to ship it to them for service, this is what they had told me a few days ago when they shipped it back: Could Not Confirm: Ran a z-test and found no binding, printed an octopus which didn’t look like it had any z-binding. No noise ...

Re: TAZ 6, Slop?

Well my printer is on it's way back so I'll see soon. Although I'm worried since they said they only things they did was replace the bed because of PEI bubbles (added bonus) and replaced the heater block on the toolhead because it was "leaking"? I was getting the same results with another toolhead s...

Re: Recommended nylon for Taz 6

I finally dialed in my new Lulzbot Taz 6 printer and love it! What I am looking for right now are nylon filament recommendations and settings in Cura for good fast quality prints with Lulzbot Taz 6. Not sure about fast, but I had good results with Taulman Bridge, the profile provided in Cura worked...

Re: TAZ 6, Slop?

So I am in the same boat here, see the attached pictures. Brand new Taz 6, 1 week old today, and has never printed with out this level of banding or worse. Contacted support, have gone through all sorts of troubleshooting steps and have even more to go through. So far nothing has worked. Now I have...
