Re: Taz 6 Tiliapia Strengthened Extruder mount with Filament Tube Guide

Maybe just adding it to T0 would give the dual toolhead a little more stability. I'm currently using a variant of this ext body on my single extruder and it seems like there is play. But I have noticed my z offset now needs a tweak.

Re: Heat Creep on Taz 6 Single Extruder 2.1 - anyone else?

Did you switch to hardened rods and lmu12 metal bearings? Just read your thread about your taz 4... and wondering if maybe the upgrade is worth it OP: try recalibrating your esteps. Follow the lulzbot guide except for the extrusion speed. Reduce it to 40. at 100 it's possible to count skipped steps ...

Love this! Found something similar on thingiverse and bolted in on tonight. I like the filament guide. Might have to do this as a reprint. Do you think this will fit on T0 of the dually v2?

Where did you purchase the hardened rods?

Re: New to Lulzbot- Little help

Did you install Octoprint from sources/github or did you use OctoPi image? The image MAY not have been suitable for the arm6 proc in the Zero, otherwise it actually should work as far as I can tell. Actually, ended up getting it to work. I thought I was using a USB cable provided with my Lulzbot......

Re: TAZ 6 Bed Calibration

Does it rewipe when doing the bed level? Mine did this and I found this guide

Start at step 23, only takes a minute and it might get you leved out.

Re: Serious TAZ 6 Dual Toolhead Wobble

I'll have to check mine tonight. I also am having major issues with the dual nozzle. trying to narrow down if it's a wobble or a heat issue. LB support has been very good about helping me figure it out. sent tons of pics and video.

Re: Taz 6 Dual Extrusion problems

Raise the front nozzle another half turn of the leveling screw... Thank you for the suggestion. I tried raising the nozzle. and I re-leveled the nozzles several times. I can print with the front nozzle just fine if I don't try to use both nozzles simultaneously. Meaning, no 2-color prints. I've als...

Taz 6 Dual Extrusion problems

Hello, Installed the V2 Dual Extruder on my Taz6 and I've not had a successful print yet. My nozzles are exactly level. I use a feeler gauge and each nozzle is exactly .1mm from the bed. The rear nozzle seems to print alright, but the front is all janky and rough. I've set my x,y offsets, I think I'...

**FOLLOW UP**

Tried again this morning using a raspberry pi 3 and it works. I guess OctoPrint doesn't work with Pi Zero...
