Crimping is definitely a major pain, but critical (and hard to debug!). The hand tool crimper listed above will work well. You don't need to solder if you use a crimper like that. If you're doing them by hand, it might not be bad to drop solder in there, if you don't have a crimp tool. For what it'...

Are you talking about for swapping filament?

I manually rotate the heringbone gear when I need to clean out the teeth but I only do it when the motors are turned off.

I was looking forward to a future generation of the KITTAZ with some of the new features incorporated. I.e. Bed leveling, LCD, and hexagon hotend.

Would have been nice to see an option without the printed parts for a slightly reduced price for us who already own a Lulzbot machine.

I think the XRobots guy did a few test towards the beginning of his Alien Xenomorph suit where he used it as support material. You could check it out on Youtube.

Are you sure you bed is level? Looks like its having a hard time extruding the filament on the one side.

If Fastenal is the same as it down here they sell the heat set inserts and the other bolts you should need.
