Do you mean it won't heat up unless you touch the thermistor leads?

Check you connector from the hotend to the harness make sure it doesn't feel hot or shorting.

Congrats man, looks like you could put something like E3D V6 Fan mount on that. You might have to make it custom but the concept and fan style should work. I would like to build TAZ but I wonder how much the cost would be in comparison to a KITTAZ when you consider sourcing and shipping all the sepa...

Well we have to be careful exporting that PTFE tubing, never know what might happen if it got into the wrong hand up there in Canada! ;)

Have you tried printing without your enclosure just to make sure you temperatures aren't affecting your hardware? Also check and make sure all your nuts, belts, and bolts are tight or at least the ones that are supposed to be are. Check to make sure your carriage isn't binding. Also look for melted,...

I have found the same problem sometimes. Obviously the GCODE file would need some sort of 'END of DOCUMENT' sentence. Something that can be checked for file consistency. It does... it will say something along the lines of G1 X91.205 Y87.208 E1.10074 F600.000 G1 F1500.000 E0.00074 G92 E0 M107 M104 S...
