Hey thanks. Will speed up prints.
I’ve got the moisture under control with enclosure, desiccant pan, desiccant-ed filament box, tube from box to enclosure.
Printing at 285c, 110c plate, 15mm/s

Groans after auto-leveling... during move to front left position to wait for extruder to heat up.

Cleaned them with alcohol but still groaning.
(I X-level before every print.)

Thanks for suggestions. Thinking this will help when switching between tool heads. However, use at your own risk cause I barely know what I'm doing here! :? I added another printer titled Print Height Check , and through Machine settings deleted Stop Code and replaced the last few lines of the Start...

So, support thinks it’s a bad Z Brake Board.($50)
Other than undesirable behavior, doesn’t seem to be causing any other problems... Is it necessary?

made two "probes" out of .03" music wire (hammered flat, filed, rounded ends, removed burrs):

pliers used to poke around until felt probe slip in a short bit (one side of pin at a time) as shown in video.
