# Advanced setting speeds have no effect

I am running an older version of Cura (15.02.1-1.03). In the advanced settings when I change the top/bottom speeds, there is zero change. I am running a basic print speed of 60mm/s, and want to run the top/bottom at 30mm/s. I have this speed listed for Bottom layer, top/bottom. outer and inner layers. When I run the program, it’s flat out a 60mm/s. Any idea what I’ve missed?
