Brand New Mini 2, E1 ERR MINTEMP

I got a new Mini 2 a few days ago. It worked well for a couple days, yesterday it gave an error E1 ERR MINTEMP. At first it would give this as the toolhead would start heating up, now it gives it pretty much on startup.

I’ve seen references to it relating to wire security to the thermistors. I tried to make sure the wire bundle connector on the toolhead was secure, I unplugged and re-plugged it - no joy. There are a bunch of small wires but I’m a unfamiliar with how to disassemble the toolhead much further (a pointer to instructions would be cool).

Any way to tell whether it might be the part itself versus wiring?

Any good suggestions and/or instructions welcome.
