Should one clean the Taz 6 buildplate with alcohol regularly?

How about when you have to use a PVA-based glue stick for adhesion of a model, like ABS? Is alcohol OK here?

PEI is essentially inert to Isopropyl alcohol. There are safety concerns if the bed is still hot obvjously, and repeated heat cool cycles involving alcohol can crack and haze the plastic mechanically over time. But generally cleaning it will not hurt. Usually just scraping the leftovers off it is fine. Cleaning after a glue stick isn’t an issue either. ABS doesn’t require or benifit from PVA gluestick, it will in fact lower the adhesion compared to direct PEI adhesion.
