Help !Bed leveling problem, Unbalance Nozzle of V3

Hi,
I started use V3 this month, and I find that
It always fail the bed leveling.

I don’t know what I can do…
And I find the hot end is not balance like the photo. Is that normal? How can I fix it? Is this problem make heat creep easier ?
