# Horizontal Cylinder Close to the Print Issue

I am having trouble getting cylinders close to the heated platen to be round (see attached). I have tried to get the more support in Cura by changing the angle but the support just gets wider. Any suggestions?

You have three options.

1. You can use meshmixer to add custom supports. It does a much better job and small overhangs such as this.

2. You can invest in Simplify3d and use their customer support generator which would make quick work of this overhang issue.

3. Theoretically you could print a very thick wall thickness and make the part longer, then cut the part to size and throw away the extra material overhang.

You can also increase infill percentage in the expert settings. Switching over to grid will also support better, but it will be more difficult to remove post print.
