For anyone who is having issues communicating with the V3 dual extruder through Octoprint, we may have a fix ready. We have a new version of firmware which has one report of getting this fixed up. The 6 is a bit behind TBH. Its showing its age. But its rock solid reliable for production. Ive had several going about 24x7 for months without issue. Stop and go over once a quarter or so, aside from when I feel like playing or something odd happens (like a bit of spaghetti filament in the heat block fan…). Its a bit more rigid and durable construction. Nozzle size and filament diameter choice, as well as price point, gear it more towards the pro-sumer and light production and prototyping markets rather than home use.
