# Is this nozzle compatible with the mini?

Hey guys,

Simple question. If I buy this nozzle, is it compatible with the Lulzbot Mini?

It will fit the Mini’s hotend. You will need to adjust your slicer settings to obtain good prints. I have moved from the stock 0.5 to a 0.4. I have to adjust the nozzle diameter, first layer thickness and z offset. I am using slic3r for slicing right now since I have not been able to find the Z offset adjustment in Cura.

Get Cura version 15.02.1 or better. Go into expert mode. Click Machine: Machine settings: Z-offset is now listed. Older versions of cura didn’t have this feature.
