Lulzbot Taz 6 weird layers

Hello,

So i have a refurbished Lulzbot Taz 6 that I bought from MatterHackers a couple months ago. I have had this issue from the day I got it. Most parts that I print, have this weird thing where it doesn’t put plastic in certain areas. I am using cura, but it does the same thing with mattercontrol. I never had this issue with my old Rostock V2. What may be causing this? I have attached a picture to help.

Have you really looked at the file in Cura? sometimes in the rendering has the odd layer missing and other mistakes when the layers option is shown. If you use something like Netfabb online service can help- its free although you will have to have an account- I use it all the time just to check if something has a mistake or not- worth a try.
