First of all i have to say I’m curious as to what Chris? did to this machine to blow the old board. Is the old board actually dead or does it just need a fuse replaced? Without knowing more I am wondering if your old board can still be saved.

The jammed rest switch sounds a little troubling. Is it completely unjammed now or does it seem like it has been damaged? It is possible the reset switch is still wonky (and may need to be replaced with solder with a new one).

I noticed your output says:
Error:MINTEMP triggered, system stopped! Heater\_ID: 0
[ERROR] Error:MINTEMP triggered, system stopped! Heater\_ID: 0

This may hint at the problem you are now facing. I would suspect a wiring issue on the heatbed or the extruder with the thermistor wires perhaps. A multimeter could come in handy for continuity checks. Also try a new USB cable. This thread may help:

I thought I blew my Mini’s Rambo board when I accidentally pulled the wires out of the Titan Aero’s thermister while cleaning off some nylon filament gooped onto the nozzle and wires while heated. I didn’t hear any pop or smell smoke or anything. I was able to remove the filament and change to another filament and extrude a bit to purge out the old filament, but when I shut done the printer and turned it back on and tried to connect to Octoprint it…
