Hi guys
Were any of you promised an STL file to print new bed corners, then told they would send you out new bed washers as well - because the new bed corners “required” these new washers in order to work as expected? I was having problems with getting a consistent first layer - and after multiple printers, and many z-offset changes later - one of the support team (whom is no longer there I suppose) - told me they identified an issue with the bed corners and steel washers. I was told they would send me the bed corners - which I had to print with TPU - and they had to get the washers from someone else.
Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? If so how did you make out?
