Okay, so I am working on a project and it came to a point where 3D printing on top of a copper sheet may be beneficial. I am wondering if there a way to set my Lulzbot in Cura to print over another material on the bed. The copper sheet would be about 0.5 mm thick. I would be using Conductive PLA from ProtoPasta.
Simply mounting sheet under the corner washers would probably get you started. That will adjust the bed leveling for the slightly higher print level.
I don’t think you would need to change anything in Cura other than print settings for the filament you are using.

This makes complete sense but I would never of thought it to be that simple.
