I download and put one of CURA profiles for filament INOVA, but the extruder at the first layer make a hole on my PEI and did’t see any white filament comming out. How can i solve this problem?
You need to watch the printer when it is performing the bed level calibration, and abort the print if you see any of the four corners deflected when the nozzle comes down to touch each corner washer. If you see no deflection during the bed calibration then contact support.
Also make sure you are using the profiles for the Mini.
