Sounds like a bad heater to me, gee what do I know? I have been troubleshooting and repairing electrical since 1962 starting with USAF aircraft. So if your still in the 30 day trial mode, send it back and get a refund and move on. A new heated bed from TAZ, how do you know it will be good?
Outside the 30 day trial but still in the warranty. I’m noticing the fluctuations is just along the front edge of the bed… An inch or two off the front edges. I will definitely be attempting to get it replaced.
But I do question if this is my issue now, but considering its just the front edge. Who knows, I will find out with a replacement.
Did you find the replacement of the heated bed to resolve the issue?

Shouldn’t have to do this much manual tweaking. And users are trying to be helpful, but much advice is contradictory.
