Remote access to printer located in secured network ?

I have a new Taz 6 I am setting up on a University campus. I want to watch the printer in action from off campus network (home) as well as be able to abort a print remotely if I see it has gone “rogue.”

I started with Octopi and Octoprint but the University Network Setup/Security rules states: “Off-campus -> on-campus connections are blocked per security policy.” - even VPN

They are looking at options, but meanwhile any ideas here or elsewhere are welcome as well!
