STL Previews in Windows Explorer

Hi

When I browse my file system the the STL files all have generic icons for whatever program I have associated. Does anyone have previews as the thumbnail icon (ala how photos have a preview)?

My Googling seems to indicate there is some software that does it but I am unable to find it. So my question is do you get previews of your STL files in Windows Exploerer and if you do what program is doing it?

There’s an Android app called Graphite that does this and a Chrome extension called 3Dview… not sure if there is a lightweight previewer. A quick google search came up with some drag and drop online viewers.

I find it just as easy to drop it into my slicer to view. :slight_smile:
