# Taz 6 not hitting auto level washers at glass corners

I have a taz 6 and when it runs the autolevel before each print the head is not at the center of the z height sensor and gets worse as it moves around to the 4 corners almost missing the 2 washer in the corner. The belts are tight and nothing seems loose and the x and y are square to each other. Its like the limit switches have moved but i don’t see how that is possible.

Any ideas?
