Hi my son got his TAZ 6 printer for Christmas and it already is not printing. The filament is getting stuck and skipping when printing and the cooling fans are now not working. I think the tool head is defective he hasn’t done anything wrong followed all the instructions.

How do I get this replaced?

Contact support, they will help to replace/repair the hot end if the fans are not working. Not sure they are open on the 2nd or not. But if the 40 MM fan on the front of the hot end is not running then you will not be able to print more than a few minutes before the filament jams.
