Hi guys,
I am trying to get my AO-101 figured out… I’ve installed slic3r and Printrun. When I open Printrun and try to connect to the printer, it just saying connecting… then nothing else, it never actually connects to the printer.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Update: Now it’s actually saying "Could not connect to COM1 at baudrate 115200. I’ve tried all selections as well as all the USB ports on my computer, still nothing.

What operating system do you use ?
I had the same problem on Ubuntu, jebba helped me to solve it: I needed to add myself to the dialout group.
sudo usermod -a -G dialout username
Where you replace “username” with your Ubuntu login name.
I’m using Windows, but I think I’ve figured out why it won’t work. It’s a work computer so I don’t have administrative privileges which means I can’t update the drive for the 3d printer board, thus it isn’t recognizing the USB…
