What do I do for a printer head having filament stuck in the nozzle and not heating up to extrude?

I went through the menus to heat up the plastic to a state at which it could flow through the nozzle and it isn’t working…Any thoughts?

Thanks…

PS what color do you love?

If it isn’t heating up (you’ve verified that?) then there can be several causes.

There is a fuse on the board inside for the heater. I would start by checking the fuse.

If the fuse is ok, I’d use a multi-meter to test continuity from the board to the heater-cartridge on the print-head.

Your heater cartridge may have gone bad and need to be replaced.
