What would cause this

The image is not the best, but is all I got
start
I am changing too many variables at a time. But before this print I tightened the y-axis assembly thumb screws. I also printed in the rear right corner for the first time, reusing the magigoo from a previous run on an unused section of the bed.

Another part above the circles in the photograph printed just fine.

Edited to add: 1.75 ABS from IC3D, sidekick 747, default cura settings except concentric layers on bottom.

I changed a setting to extract on outside walls, but I also printed to a different region…anyway, I think I need to tweak the default settings for IC3D ABS in cura some more, or modify my design.
