Just wondering what I should lubricate and with what, if bearings need replaced or anything, if anyone can think of any wear items that need regularly replaced.
Also, what do I replace the wipe pad with?

Check the bed for play in the bearings - if there is any you need to replace the bearings. There is no lubrication for them.
The wipe pad can be replaced with pads from Lulzbot, they are sold in 3-4 packs.
